Seniors Action Quebec announces three upcoming conferences that will be of interest to seniors, family members, caregivers, healthcare professionals, student nurses and doctors, urban planners, architects and others.   Join us to hear about the latest developments in various fields from top experts.

Geriatric Healthcare Professionals and Seniors Talking Together About Senior's needs

This conference will offer presentations on several topics that are important to seniors. Doctors and healthcare professionals will speak about finding a family doctor, the role and benefits of Super Clinics, Chronic Pain Management, Eating Healthy on a Budget, The New Role of the Pharmacist, Keeping Your Balance & Fall Prevention, How to Get A Better Night’s Sleep.

We will also hear about how taking a Virtual Tour will provide you an understanding of what people with dementia are going through and how it can relieve stress for family members and caregivers. ‘Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff” will have a new meaning.

We have an option for those who just wish to hear the presentations but not remain for lunch. (1:00- 2:00 Lunch)

Please note the Luncheon speaker will be Dr. Serge Gauthier, CM.CQ. MD. FRCPC. CM Neurologist and Research Unit Director, McGill University Research Centre for Studies in Aging.

There will be several Kiosks that will provide valuable information on resources and services.

Following the conference Seniors Action Quebec will be holding its Annual General Meeting 2:15- 3:45 PM.
