Advantages to a Membership with SAQ

We are dedicated to creating a network of like-minded organizations that provide much-needed support to our community of English-speaking seniors. We will provide resources to educate and empower our seniors and will provide support to those on the ground who work with them directly. We aim to create a united voice that can speak with more impact when addressing the many issues that seniors are facing.

We will be focused on the following six priorities that have been identified as the main concerns seniors face:

• Access to health and social services
• Elder Abuse
• Financial security and concerns for seniors
• Housing (and issues around a safe home- including caregivers)
• Isolation
• Transportation

Members will be able to access all resources created by SAQ at no charge and representatives will be invited to all SAQ events.

We are looking to create cohesion and strength by uniting the province’s regional community organizations with the result of a stronger base of support for our communities and our seniors.

All Quebec residents who are 50 years of age and over may become full members. Any organization with similar objectives may become an affiliate member.

The cost of individual membership is $20.00 and $50.00 to become a supporting member. Payment can be made by cheque. To pay, please fill out the contact form below and click on submit, where you will be taken to a payment page.
